Team Foundation Server

 This page contains description of the fields and options available when setting up the Team Foundation Server as a project VCS root.

Option Description
Team Foundation Server Specify the name of the computer in the company's network.
Port Specify the port number. The default value is "8080".
Protocol Select protocol type which can be used. The possible options are HTTP and HTTPS.
User Name Specify the name of the user on the Team Foundation Server. This can be a domain name or a name of the user where the Team Foundation Server is installed.
Password Enter the password of a user who has the Team Foundation Server installed.
Root Specify the project root in the format:

$<project name><project catalogue> 

  

VCS Checkout Subdirectory

Option Description
VCS Checkout Subdirectory
If multiple VCS are used, specify the path to VCS checkout directory relative to the build working directory.
