Administration -> Create build configuration -> VCS Settings -> Create and attach new VCS root
Administration -> Configure VCS roots -> edit <build configuration> -> edit <VCS root> or Create and attach new VCS root

 | Note TeamCity needs to have the time synchronized between the VCS server and the machines that check out the project sources (server or agents, depending on the value of the build configuration's VCS checkout mode setting.
This requirement applies to CVS, Subversion, and ClearCase configurations, as well as StarTeam if the audit is disabled or the server is older than 9.0. |
