Troubleshooting

When problems occur, there are a number of places to check for information after you've determined the problem isn't your setup.

  • Known Issues: Check the known issues section of the documentation.
  • TeamCity's Issue Tracker - Browse the issue tracker to see if your problem has already been reported. If it has, be sure to vote for that issue.
  • The TeamCity Forum - Check the forum to see if anyone else has experienced your problem. The forum has an active user base and is a good place to find support.

If you're still unable to resolve your issue then review the information in the Reporting Issues section the in documentation, collect logs and events and submit them to the development team.
