ClearCase

This page contains description of the fields and options available when setting up VCS roots using the ClearCase Version Control System:

ClearCase Settings

Option	Description
View path (obsolete setting since TeamCity 4.5)	Path to project sources inside some specified view. Do not use view you are currently working with because TeamCity calls update before checking for changes and building patch, and thus it might lead to problems with checking in changes.
ClearCase view path	since TeamCity 4.5 Path to ClearCase view. Do not use the view you are currently working with. TeamCity calls update procedure before checking for changes and building patch, and thus it might lead to problems with checking in changes.
Relative path within the view	since TeamCity 4.5 Relative path to project sources within the specified view.
Use ClearCase	Use the drop-down menu to select either UCM or BASE.
Global labeling	Check this option if you want to use global labels
Global labels VOB	Pathname of the VOB tag (whether or not the VOB is mounted) or of any file system object within the VOB (if the VOB is mounted)
