If I open two CPU snapshots (each including the same multiple threads), then go to Tools|Compare CPU Snapshots, the resulting comparison will only contain one particular thread. I'd expect that it will either contain all threads or let me choose which ones I want to compare. Interestingly, if I open the threads of interest in both snapshots in separate tabs, it works ok.
