Any project classpath directory ending with '.jar' is mistakenly identified as a jar file instead of a normal dir when added to the Hibernate class loader. When this happens the following error message is shown: ERROR - Hibero: Hibernate Class Loader: unexpected file system 'com.intellij.openapi.vfs.impl.local.LocalFileSystemImpl@abcdef' for file 'VirtualFile: /path/to/directory.jar'.
