It's impossible to type or read in IDEATalk without being interrupted. The following switch focus and should not:
- someone else sending a message: I'm typing to A, and suddenly I'm looking at B's message, and even typing to B, because IDEATalk suddenly switched me to B's talk window
- B's tab should just flash, that's all
- ant build and compile changes will suddenly replace the IDEATalk window I'm typing or reading in.
- Their tabs at the bottom of the window should just flash, not open.
