What I'd like to be able to is that when I'm browsing the global libraries (or project libraries), that I could link one or more of these to multiple modules at once.
e.g. in Project Structure dialog
select global library
context menu
add to module(s) [=new action]
the popup is shown that is also shown at creation time of a global library
