This has bothered me for quite a while: Hover the mouse over a variable in the debug toolwindow. Idea shows the string's value in a popup. => Bug: The popup is much too small. Its intent is to show a larger view than the variable sub-toolwindow does, so it should stretch across the complete screen (regardless of sub-toolwindow, toolwindow, Idea frame).
