Hi there. I am currently using IDEA 6.0.5 (Build # 6180) with the Microsoft Visual SourceSafe integration. We recently upgraded from VSS 6.0 to VSS 2005 and now we are not able to add new projects to VSS directly from IDEA as we were able to do so in the past. VSS 2005 seems to have added a new 'feature' that requires you to hold down the SHIFT key to recursively add files and directories. Since we're relying on the VSS integration built into IDEA, we would like IDEA to perfom the Initial check-in of the non-vss project. Serge Baranov thinks this is by design and so I'm submitting this as a feature request.
