Outdated plugins are disabled even after an update

If there's an outdated plugin, IDEA unnecessarily puts it into the list of disabled plugins, which has the effect that even after updating the plugin, it's still disabled. That doesn't seem to make any sense.

Hmm, maybe it would have worked if I had re-enabled the plugin after updating it, but this is not really intuitive. I still don't think an outdated plugin should be automatically added to the list of disabled ones.
