I have my IPR and IML files under version control. They have been modified by some project settings I changed but I have not committed the changes yet and I moved them into their own changelist. However, something is making them move back into the Default changelist repeatedly. It doesn't seem to happen on every commit, but it does seem to be happening every day, so it may be that re-opening the project or doing a CVS Update Project is causing it.
