Incoming Changes lists SVN applied SVN revisions

Support feedback:

the "Incoming Changes" dialog displays SVN revisions that have already been applied.

my repository layout is:

- grouping1
|   |
|   + module1
|   |
|   + module2-withdashes
|
+ grouping2
|   |
|   + module3
|   |
|   + module-4-with-dashes

... in the "grouping2" directory i have my IDEA project (.ipr and .iws) files, and IDEA modules for module3 and module-4-with-dashes.

if there are changes to module-2-with-dashes, those are always listed in the "Incoming Changes" window (the path to module-2-with-dashes relative to
the project workspace is ../grouping1/module2-withdashes, although it does store an absolute path in the .ipr file)

in the changes window, the path for the file in module2-withdashes, is only displayed as "-withdashes".
