Ctrl-/ does not work in pointcut language

Created: 23 Oct 07 17:50   Updated: 23 Oct 07 18:06
Component/s: J2EE.Spring

Build: 7,364
Severity: Low

 Description  « Hide
When caret is in attribute value of pointcut attribute, using Ctrl-/ to comment the line no longer works.

Maybe this is by design - if so please close.
As far as I know pointcut language does not have comments - so my expectation would be that the "comment request" would be delegated to the outer language. Or something like that

  <aop:config>
    <aop:aspect ref="aspectBean">
      <aop:before method="before" pointcut="execution(* foo.bar.testcase.*.target*())"/>
    </aop:aspect>
  </aop:config>

  <bean id="aspectBean" class="foo.bar.testcase.AspectBean"/>
</beans>
