F4 on module in Local Changes should open module settings

In Local Changes, changed files can be grouped by modules.
Expected effect of F4 on module in Local Changes is to open module settings. Instead, the first file in that module is opened in editor.

It would be nice if Alt+F1 on the module in changes view would work as well (to do Select In>Project, F4 works there)
