If I do right-click and then "Move to another changelist" on a file in the "Unversioned Files" changelist, I get asked to which changelist to move the file to, then if I want to add the file to CVS and then the file is not moved to the changelist I have selected, but to the active changelist instead. I have to move it again after that.
