IJ shows "Outdated version. Modifed by ....." when file is up to date

I wish I knew more details on this... I wonder if this is related to IDEA-14942?

I had made some changes to a few different files, and then committed them (to CVS) via IntelliJ. Now, whenever I go to view the files which were committed at that time all show at the top of the file:
Outdated version. Modified by jgindin on Oct 31, 2007 3:31:37 PM: ....

I do notice that these same files show up in the "Incoming" changes list, no matter how many times I click on the "Update Project" link at the far right end of the "Outdated version" message.

Please press Refresh in Incoming changes once again, and if you still see the files, attach your idea.log to this issue.

I had hit refresh a number of times, but nothing fixed it. Since it was so annoying, I blew away the vcs cache directory, and then the message went away.

I've attached my log files anyways, as there might be something useful...
