It would be great if IDEA warned (probably through a file-level inspection or something similar) that a java file or java class was included in a project library. Recently someone here was seeing mismatched lines while debugging - it turned out the source file was excluded and it was also provided by a backing jar he had accidentally built. This is not a common case but it sure was confusing.
