In Project Settings dialog there are 2 lists. One contains General, Modules, Libraries, JDKs, and Global Libraries, and the other contains the sub-items of Modules, Libraries,... respectively. If the focus is at Libraries item, Alt + Insert doesn't work. I need to press Tab to move focus to the sub-items list to make Alt + Insert can work.
Same problem for Modules, JDKs, and Global Libraries
