When running one instance of Idea opening a .ipr file in any other way (Feks via a file-explorer, shell.) than through the File->Open menu in Idea
gives the "only one instance of IDEA..." error message.
How do I get the functionality equals the one in windows/mac where it sends the requested .ipr to the running instance and
prompts you for new frame/this frame?
