Opening Project Settings dialog pegs one CPU at 100%. Steps to reproduce:

svn co http://svn.apache.org/repos/asf/cocoon/trunk/ cocoon
cd cocoon
export MAVEN_OPTS="-Xmx256m"
mvn install idea:idea
open cocoon-parent.ipr

Might be related to IDEA-16460.
