Hijacked files not appearing in change list

I have a couple of hijacked files in the same package. After a restart one of these files no longer appears in the change list tool window.

I have attached a screenshot showing the package structure and the open file and the change list window.

This is really important as i could end up losing lots of changes in lots of files.

This is becoming a real problem now and its stopping us from migrating as a team to version 7.
