Now, when a debugging session is active, the actions 'Go up/down in the call stack' with shortcuts Ctrl-Alt-Up/Down are only available when the debugger window is the active one. I see no good reason for this restriction and often during my debugging sessions I do something in the editor window; it is strange and unnecessary that I click back into the debugger to gain access to these shortcurs. I suggest these actions and shortcuts to be available always when a debugging session is active and a debug window is open (but not necessarily active)
