I really miss the function to integrate with a FileSpec instead of a BranchSpec from within IDEA. Even if I would use BranchSpecs, I still would have to switch to P4V, P4Win or P4 to edit and create the BranchSpecs. And as we create one branch per bug, this is quite often and would be really easier with FileSpec working.
Also it would be very nice if you could edit your ClientSpec from within IDEA without the need to start up P4V, P4Win or P4. This belongs to this feature request, because without being able to branch from within IDEA, it makes not much sense for me to have the one without the other.
Manual Workaround:
- There is no workaround, don't use IDEAs integrating function if you need to integrate with FileSpecs but use P4V, P4Win or P4.
