Small feature that improves document navigation: just as in Java/JSP editors, Ctrl-Shift-F7 should use pink for definition, blue for references.
Definition location for tables and columns would be the relevant element within the enclosing CREATE TABLE statement.
Reference location would be reference from FOREIGN KEY constraints, etc.
