Open two projects. Show the first one and press Ctrl+shift+F and choose a directory to search in. Search there. Show the second project window and press Ctrl+shift+F and see that the directory from previous search in the first project is in the recent directories list. That can be a problem if one project is a fork of another and their directory structure is similar and project root folders exist in the same directory. You can easily miss the file path difference and edit the wrong file.
