I'd like to mark the externally-deleted file as "deleted" for VCS and place into a changelist. For externally-created files, the similar operation could be done with "Move to Changelist", which causes the file to get the "Added" status and move into the specified changelist. For a deleted file, I can only "Delete in VCS", then look up somewhere among the files in the default changelist, after that move to a changelist. Would like to move to a changelist from "Deleted", like it's possible with "Add".
