It is a common operation to select the "Default" changelist, and then view diffs. While in the diff view it would be very nice to be able to reassign each file to a different changelist (and also creating a new changelist if necesary where the file can be assigned). It would also be very nice to be able to edit the description part of the changelist so that the checkin comment is more likely to cover the changes contained in a commit. This function of the diffs viewer would be available when the diff viewer is invoked from the "Changes" module.
