Ruby won't install on latest Selena

ruby does not show on list of avail plugins, and if I download it, it shows but un checked, if I check it and restart, it comes back up again unchecked

The Ruby plugin is currently not marked as compatible with the latest Selena EAP because it hasn't been tested with the new version. An update of the Ruby plugin should be available soon.
