Somehow it doesn't always see everyone online. I'm guessing this is actually something to do with the use of proxies or something, so may not be something you guys can fix, but I can sometimes see members of my team online, while at other times they don't appear, and we can't see each other even though we're both online and using the application. This is within one team in the same room (same network)
