http://www.intellij.net/tracker/idea/viewSCR?publicId=28787 I think a "GUI Form Header" live template shipped with IDEA, included inside an XML comment in the GUI Form template by default. It would be like the File Header live template (which ships with IDEA and is included in the Class template). I think it would make people more comfortable with inserting a file header into GUI forms, for developers unfamiliar with how to write an XML comment, and who just want to be able to paste their file header without thinking too hard about it.
