When creating a CVS tag, there is a button to display the existing tags. Allow typing to filter down the list if we know which tag we want to override, create one almost like it, etc.
This will also work for switching to a branch, updating by tag, merging by tags, etc.

CVS - Allow searching the lists of tags, branches, etc like go to file, etc
