When creating a branch in CVS, it is not very intuitive to the inexperienced CVS user.
It should be easy to define a branch, select the starting point for the branch and switch to that branch. Eclipse is a very good model for how this should work.
IntelliJ should make using CVS easier for those who are not familiar with -j, etc.
