I think that following stuff should be configurable per project:
- JDKs used by project (JDK definitions should be stored in *ipr file)
- resources (project-specific resources should not clutter other projects)
- file types (project may use specific file extensions, there even may be conflict between projects, who knows)
- live templates (project uses specific stuff like log<tab> expands to a different code when used with log4j and commons-log based projects, repsectively)
- file templates (default class may use different default import set or signature, whatever)
