I have the following setup: ToDo or Debug panes pinned. Messages (e.g. when compiling with Ctrl+F9) pane is not pinned, i.e. shown and hidden according to need. When I compile the project, the messages pane shows up briefly and then goes away (as it should), but every time that happens the pinned pane (ToDo / Debug) becomes taller at about 2 pixels. After around 50 compiles I have to make the pinned pane short again as it slowly creeps and takes over my screen... I noticed that in 3245 as well.
