CTRL+SHIFT+ENTER reformats following lines

No matter how badly formatted are the lines followed by the one being currently edited, CTRL+SHIFT+ENTER shouldn't reformat them. Actually, it shouldn't even reformat the current line. "Complete Line" is supposed to do just that, complete the current line, not reformat it.

I'll be attaching two screenshots showing this behaviour, as indentation would be tricky to demonstrate without text formatting in JIRA... oh well.

Notice the indentation on the continued lines. "Complete Line" moved them two spaces to the left.
I won't even get start on why the continued lines are indented by 10 spaces instead of 4... this will be another issue.
