A good start has been made, but completing the annotation of the OpenAPI (or even just the PSI) would go a long way to improving plugin quality.

New annotation will appear for sure but I doubt we'll be able to cover them all at once.

No problem. It'll probably be easier once the @Nullable/@NotNull inspections come online anyway...
