1: this is not consistent ..
.. with other actions behaviour (like Find in path), that don't close nor empty their result panel when you trigger a rerun.
2: this is a problem ..
.. because if you press 'Cancel' while the inspection is rerunning, there is no more panel to restart the rerun

'Rerun inspections' closes the result panel, while it should reuse it.
