Not everyone is using IDEA, especially in organizations focused on J2ME development (for obvious reasons). I tested IDEA with a project using ant+antenna for building. I had to turn off IDEA build and use only ant build. The only way I found to do that is unchecking the 'Make module before running/debugging/reloading' checkbox. However if I have a J2SE or J2EE module in the same project, using the checkbox will not work, because the checkbox affects all runtime configurations.
