I'm looking at a line of code that has a purple background I've never seen before. So I go to the Colors panel and scroll through all the possibilities to find what it means. It would be very handy if there were an Edit Colors... menu item in the editor's contextual menu that would bring up a dialog showing all the color settings relevant to the cursor location. Click on one, and it takes you to the Colors and Fonts panel, with that element selected. Or instead of a dialog, maybe it should be a submenu. This feature would also make it a whole lot easier to adjust colors.
