I sometimes find that I've run a program, and I then want to debug it.
In this case, I've got to select the program in the Run/Debug Configuration drop-down.
It would be useful if there was a shortcut available in the Run window, so that I could say "Debug this program".
And, of course, vice-versa for a Run shortcut in the Debug window.
