It would be nice to have move up & move down buttons in the todo pattern part of the todo settings dialog, since the first matching pattern decides the formatting of the comment.
e.g. the patterns
- \btodo\b.*
- \btodo\b.*\?.*
- \btodo\b.*!.*
would always lead to the todo-comments being shown in the format of the first.
