Nowadays, many developers are using JDK 6 (included me) even though it's just beta. If I choose JDK 6 when create new project, project language level will be set to JDK 1.3. I think it will be better if IDEA has option to choose project language level when create new project. And it should be apply for module immediately if user wants to create new project with single module.
