GTNHE should go to another file if there are no more errors in this file.

Also, if GTNHE doesn't know about any other errors anywhere
and recompiling in the background is still going on, it should put up a progress dialog that says I have to wait because recompiling must finish before GTNHE knows if there are any more errors.
