When hovering over the content of a field in the frame pane of the debugger window, the blue info popup that shows the full content pops up across two monitors in a dual-head environment. IDEA is maximized on one monitor and generally behaves well wrt popup placement, but not in this case. The blue popup has the width of one single monitor (expected) but it is centered across both monitors.
