Start Idea. Close the current project (if it has been loaded automatically at startup) Create a new project In the very first step, click on the "..." button for the project file location. Notice that the "Create Folder" and "Delete Folder" buttons are disabled no matter what folder you have selected. The same actions available from the context menu do work. This bug does not manifest when you create a new project while another project is still open. It's especially unfriendly to the new user, who tries to setup his very first project!
