While I like to tery out the EAP releases, I must keep my old version running and functional in case I encounter problems. I assume many ohter testers feel the same. Therefore, EAP installations should by default install to a different directory, and the desktops sortcuts should be clearly labeled "IntelliJ 5.1 EAP build 4109" or something like that. The spalsh screen should olsy indicate that this is the EAP release starting.
