It would be nice if keywords in the custom file types dialog could be specified as regular expressions. This would allow for highlighting even more syntax constructs in user defined filetypes. E.g. one could highlight variables and macro calls in velocity templates or PHP scripts. It would be a nice and helpful addition to the custom highlighting support.
