GUI Designer. Set CDE/Motif or Metal look and feels. Open Color chooser for, e.g. JButton's foreground. See Swing palette, AWT palette, System palette tabs. The first characters in color names are shown cut off, i.e. alignment is not correct. Resizing dialog does not help.
No this problem for Alloy and Windows look and feels.
