See 1.png attached - having both a bookmark and a breakpoint on the same line vs having only a breakpoint. In the second case the breakpoint icon shifts due to not having the bookmark one and in the end both breakpoint icons are not aligned vertically, as I suppose they probably should be.

Same for vise versa situation (2.png): one line with a "Bookmark" icon only vs another line with a "Bookmark" and a "Breakpoint" icons - "Bookmark" icons are not aligned vertically.

It's very hard to implement an alignment algorithm that works as expected for all possible icon combinations. Consider three lines: one has a breakpoint and a bookmark, another a bookmark and a UI Designer binding, and the last a breakpoint and a binding.
